【2016年高考英语通知类作文范文】Notice: School Sports Day Schedule

Dear teachers and students,

We are pleased to announce that the annual School Sports Day will be held on Friday, April 29th, this year. The event is a great opportunity for us to show our spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm for physical activities.

The schedule of the day is as follows:

- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Opening Ceremony (in the school playground)

- 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Track and Field Events (main field)

- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Team Games (sports hall and playground)

- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Award Ceremony (school auditorium)

All students are required to attend the opening ceremony on time. Please wear your school uniforms and bring a water bottle. For safety reasons, please do not bring any electronic devices or valuables to the event.

We hope that everyone will take part in the activities with a positive attitude and enjoy the fun of sports. Let’s make this year’s Sports Day a memorable one!
